Historias de elegibilidad al margen, que seguro que tendrán movidas, solo con la evolución de Anderson, Hollingsworth, Bearden ya deberían ser un mid-major a los que poner bajo la lupa. Los ví un par de partidos del NIT este año y jugaban sorprendenteme bien. Mejor que cualquier equipo anterior de Stansbury. Habrá que seguir el partido contra Marshall.

Como otros año pongo los que para mi son los 100 mejores seniors tratando de objetivar la elección de acuerdo con la trayectoria del equipo y los méritos individuales y atendiendo a la calidad de la conferencia conforme al RPI. Los datos se refieren a las dos últimas temporadas. Muy pocos serán elegidos en el draft pero muchos destacarán en Europa. Son 60 por orden y 8 más por posición.

UConn reportedly conducted an investigation into former basketball coach Kevin Ollie's tenure and concluded that he violated NCAA rules, thereby justifying his termination without receiving the remaining $10 million on his contract.
According to documents obtained by the Hartford Courant under the Freedom of Information Act, the school alleges that Ollie set up a call between a recruit and former UConn player Ray Allen, shot baskets with a recruit on an official visit and was aware that three players were working with an outside trainer on campus -- all NCAA violations.
In a letter to Ollie contained in the documents, UConn athletic director David Benedict wrote: "At the time of your hire, the importance of absolute compliance in running our men's basketball program was stressed to you by president (Susan) Herbst and then-athletic director Warde Manuel. That makes the violations I ... describe all the more troubling."
In a statement to ESPN in March, Ollie said he fulfilled his obligation to promote an atmosphere of compliance throughout his tenure. Michael Bailey, the director of the UConn chapter of the American Association of University Professors, issued a statement saying that UConn was employing a double standard by firing Ollie for cause while not dismissing other coaches, including Jim Calhoun, who were found to have violated NCAA rules.
Ollie, a former star for the Huskies and NBA veteran, coached UConn to the national title in 2014. But the Huskies missed the last two NCAA tournaments and he was fired in March. UConn finished 14-18 in Ollie's final season.

Webber was making an appearance on local radio station WTKA 1050-AM in Ann Arbor on Friday when Harbaugh called in to the show and asked Webber if he would be willing to come back, and the former Wolverines basketball standout accepted the invite on the spot.
"Coach, you know, that's no problem. I'm definitely honored, and as you know, getting to speak to you over the years, I love what you've done with the program and good luck," Webber said. "Yeah, I'll definitely be a part of it. Followed you guys going to, I think to Rome and all that good stuff. I heard you're going to Africa next year, I'm going to try to jump in the suitcase with you guys. I would definitely be honored, Coach. You know, I would do anything for you. The No. 4's at Michigan need to stick together."
Webber left the Michigan basketball team after his sophomore season in 1993 to enter the NBA draft. He was later implicated in NCAA violations dealing with improper benefits by booster Ed Martin. To go along with the self-imposed sanctions from Michigan, the NCAA imposed a 10-year ban on Webber from having any association with the Michigan program.
While the ban had recently been lifted, the five-time NBA All-Star has not made any public appearances in Ann Arbor, on campus or at any sporting events, so this announcement comes with quite a bit of fanfare. It's undetermined as to which home game Webber will serve as the honorary captain, but his presence certainly will draw a lot of eyes when it is announced.
UConn President Susan Herbst told Kevin Ollie she was upholding his firing because the former men's basketball coach had a pattern of breaking NCAA rules and committed serious violations, according to a letter obtained by The Associated Press.
The school released the June 19 letter from Herbst to Ollie on Monday in response to open records requests from the AP and other news organizations.
Ollie has asserted that the violations which led to his firing in March were minimal and isolated.
Herbst refutes that idea in the letter, writing that "eventually even a series of `isolated' or `de mimimis' violations can become a pattern of non-compliance, which is what occurred in the Men's Basketball program under your leadership."
She said the violations "are serious under any definition which may be applied and constitute just cause for your termination."
Ollie's attorney, Jacques Parenteau, said the minor issues cited by Herbst can't be called a pattern "just by lumping them together and claiming a pattern exists."
"The collective bargaining agreement requires `serious misconduct' with each act to be viewed on its own merit in order to have just cause to terminate employment," he said. "President Herbst's letter claiming serious misconduct based on this alleged `pattern of non-compliance' is just bootstrapping and nothing more than a desperate attempt to articulate a reason that sound legitimate in order to deny Coach Ollie the money he is owed by UConn."
Ollie has been appealing the decision to fire him with cause, which would allow the school to forgo paying him the more than $10 million left on his contract with the school.
Michael Bailey, the director of the UConn chapter of the American Association of University Professors, the employee union that represents Ollie has said the union plans to take the decision to arbitration.
The violations cited by Athletic Director David Benedict in firing Ollie and outlined in more than 1,300 pages of documents released last week include: Ollie shooting baskets with a recruit during an unofficial visit to the school last September; Ollie arranging a video call between a potential recruit and Ray Allen, the former NBA great who is now considered a school booster by the NCAA and Ollie arranging improper training sessions with a friend who is a personal trainer both on campus and during out of state trips that amounted to improper gifts.
Herbst said in her letter that Ollie's failure to report any inadvertent violations constitutes either a knowing disregard for his compliance obligations or a "gross inability to satisfy them."
Ollie was fired after a 14-18 season amid an NCAA investigation. He led UConn to a 127-79 record over six seasons, including the 2014 national title.
The NCAA has not released the results of its investigation.
The documents provided by UConn last week include transcripts of interviews by the school's compliance staff and NCAA officials about alleged violations. That includes secondhand information provided by former UConn assistant coach Glenn Miller, who was fired by Ollie after the 2016-17 season, about an alleged $30,000 payment by Ollie to the mother of a player.
That was not cited by Benedict as one of the issues leading to Ollie's firing and Parenteau has said it is untrue.

Chris Herren Jr., whose father has become a motivational speaker against drugs and addiction since they derailed his basketball career, has enrolled at Boston College and began summer school on Monday.
Herren was originally a recruit in the class of 2019, but reclassified in order to play for the Eagles this fall. He won't be on scholarship as a freshman, sources told ESPN.

Filip Rebrača, son of famous ex Serbian NT player Željko Rebrača, will attend North Dakota Fighting Hawks (D1, Big Sky).
North Dakota's Geno Crandall is moving to Gonzaga as a graduate transfer and will be eligible to play this season.
Crandall, a 6-foot-4, 180-pound guard, is expected to bolster a backcourt lacking depth.
Crandall averaged 14.3 points and 4 assists for North Dakota in his career, shooting 48 percent from the floor.
Last December, he scored 28 points as North Dakota pushed Gonzaga to overtime in an eventual loss.
Gonzaga point guard Josh Perkins is recovering from a shoulder injury but should be ready for the season. Gonzaga's backup point guard options were incoming freshman Greg Foster Jr. and redshirt freshman Joel Ayayi.
Crandall joins a Bulldogs team coming off of a Sweet 16 finish and a 32-5 record.
