This instrumental is featured during the end credits to the Japanese Animated film GHOST IN THE SHELL, directed by Mamoru Oshii, and created by Masamune Shirow. U2, wrote this while watching films and playing music to them-a cure for relieving the boredom they apparently suffered during the hiatus between 1993's Zooropa and 1997's POP. Originally, they wrote it while watching another animated film called ALPHAVILLE. However, when GHOST IN THE SHELL was completed Brian Eno stepped in and retouched the song a bit for that film. The vocals are done by Holi, and the song (like many on the Passengers album) is virtually unknown.
